I've been to a lot of gyms in my lifetime and never ever have I seen such a clean and friendly place. The equipment is state of the art. The personal trainers go around and actually help people without being under a personal training contract. I highly recommend this club.

The staff is very friendly and efficient, locker room, showers, and the gym in general is clean. Also great prices.

UPDATE: I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SKIP INSURING ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE WAS PLEASANT AND APOLOGETIC. AS PROMISWD I RECEIVED A REBATE AND MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED. THANK YOU SKIP! NO MORE SOUR TASTE. MY As a gym it's great. They have everything you need. Plenty of cardio equipment and sufficient room to perform any types of exercise. Especially for the price. My major complaint is with how they handled my cancellation which has yet be completed. They are still billing me. I talked to the guy at the front desk about cancelling 30 days prior to me moving out of state and he said "no problem I'll take care of it". I asked if there was anything I had to sign and He said no. He wrote my name down and I assumed everything was taken care of. Prior to leaving town I went to the front desk again to confirm my account was cancelled and they said they didn't have any record of cancellation. That made me "responsible" for another month of fees according to their agreement. They said i had to turn in a cancellation form. So I turn in the cancellation form and get a confirmation of receipt making me feel comfortable that it is cancelled. A week later and past 30 day deadline making me responsible for another month I get an email saying I needed to provide proof of moving to a,place where there is no blast Fitness. So I will pay for 2 months of a gym I can't use. Unhappy customer. Sour taste of Blast fitness.

Yesterday morning, i had a personal trainer and he got me sweating bullets. It was intense but i enjoyed. The best workout center!! I recommend it others.

If you live anywhere near West Hartford please join Blast Fitness. Due to some personal life events that took a toll on the ability of my wife and I being able to attend, we had to freeze our membership for now. The club was understanding of our situation.
In terms of the club the facility is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is very nice as well. I absolutely loved the little time I have spent here and doubt I'll ever be able to find a similar facility for the bargain of the price offered. I hope to be able to continue my Blast Fitness membership again in the near future, but I highly recommend you looking into this fitness club and their new facility. I promise you won't regret it.
