If you are interested in a great total body workout involving Barre/Pilates/core work infused creatively, then you should try Trifecta Body. I've participated in group exercise classes for over 30 years (Jazzercise and Fonda to Kettlebells and Spinning) and I can honestly say the magic Florinda Fergusen produces at Trifecta Body is changing my body. Her studio is inviting and she changes things frequently. Great music and inspiring clientele make it a great place to get fit.
