This is a great gym. Staff is friendly and the facility has plenty of equipment. I go here every week.

2 flat benches, a single pair of dumbbells per weight, 1 set of cables, 2 squat racks, 1 Smith machine... 1500 treadmills. Closes at 1 on Saturdays... Brilliant

My experience has been positive. I enjoy their amenities such as , steam room, towel service etc. I wish the sauna would be hotter but it's ok. I also would like to see the steam room a bit more sparkly clean. Overall it's clean and spacious and the Equipment looks new. The staff not impressive but not disappointing. I am thankful to have this Y in my area. Thank you.
