Takes like billion years to prepare the order with hardly 2-3 customers in line. Having insurance card plus pharmacy card (Rx) is not enough to find one in their system. Waited 20 mins. She consulted multiple employees. Paid myself once since they were not able to find my spouse in their system even with insurance card. After it’s ur turn, If they say, we will announce your name once ur order is ready, be ready to follow the queue again to get ur order. Hence another 15-20 mins for sure.

Best Staff ever!! Very caring pharmacists. From Amy, Asamoah (OT), all others. Always call when they see I am running low on my regular meds, call when they see I have added a new script, to ask me if I tolerate it or have any side effect. I love them all. No better location.

This review is based solely upon the "CVS Photo" department of this location. I ordered a same day pick up for a photo album, photo book was not ready the same day I ordered which was fine.. I waited for the next day and it still was not ready as online the order status said "in process" I called the store and asked why the photo book is taking so long and the response was "I'm busy at the cash register, if you give me your name and number I can contact you later about it" like okay? fine. gave my contact information and never even received a follow up call. 2 days have passed and order is still "in process" so I give up and order at another location. I now ordered from CVS on the silas deane highway in wethersfield and my order was READY about 3 hours later after placing the order. same day service really meant same day for the CVS on silas deane highway. Was very satisfied as the photo book was a gift and I was finally able to gift it 2 days after I was planning to give it. However, my order for the same day photo book at this location (150 Washington st) IS STILL "IN PROCESS" and I placed the order on June 5th.. IT IS NOW june 19th. lol moral of the story, the CVS photo sucks here, don't waste your time as I am sure it is just a click of a button to print a photo order that was made online.
