The food is okay. I had their pasta Perez twice. The flavor was delicious but the pasta was way over cooked the first time. I didn't say anything since I thought it was a fluke. I just went again and got the same thing and when I ordered specifically asked that the pasta be al dente because it was over cooked last time. The waitress looked at me funny but said yeah sure. When it came out the pasta was so over cooked it was inedible. I then found out all their pasta is pre cooked so they don't make it to order which should have been told to me when I ordered. It's a shame because it's a delicious dish but if you can't cook pasta right then that's pretty sad.

Nice menu, great cocktails, the table side guac is huge and the service is good but the place is noisy imo

The table side guacamole is the saving grace of this restaurant. I was disappointed because I used to love Agave's when it was in Southington. I ordered spicy beef tacos and they were honestly just "meh." Nothing incredibly exciting. The rice was good; beans were mediocre. Someone in our party had the paella dish and thoroughly enjoyed it. Two others had shrimp salad which was also nothing special. I won't go back any time soon.

I came here as a part of a happy hour for work and was happy to see the amount of items on their happy hour menu! They had $3 beers and then $4 wine, sangria, and some margaritas. They also had $5 tacos and some other bites to eat. The bar tender was extremely fast and friendly and the whole staff was attentive. There was street parking in front as well as an inexpensive lot right next door so overall it was easy to access. I recommend it!
