There is nothing NEW YORK about this pizza and I am from New York City so you can't fool me. On the other hand when I ordered my pizza and paid everything was smooth. Got home with the pizza realized that it's not NY style because NY style is usually thin and the crust is crunchy. Not in This case. Pizza was loaded with cheese(I love cheese but on a NY style pizza it's usually not loaded like this one). Toppings did NOT taste fresh( chicken was the topping and I know they did not make it fresh on the grill ). Crust was no where near good. Pizza had huge holes in the crust so it looked like my 10 year old made it. Last but not least when I called the owner/manager didn't seem to care one bit. No apologies no discount if I was to return( which I will not ) more like angry that I called to let them know. What a horrible way to run your business. Things like this will eventually catch up to you and your business. Good luck treating your costumers like this. Don't forget WE keep you in business. We help pay your bills take that in consideration next time you get a complaint!!!!!!

Ordered a 3 item pizza and got no cheese and big chunks missing sauce. Horrible! Called to let them know and they didn't offer a discount or to fix it. A waste of $21. Save your money go elsewhere

Ordered for delivery, person that answered was rude, unhelpful and seemed annoyed that I was even placing an order. I live down the street, and the person who answered acted as if he couldn't deliver to me, even after i explained how close it was. The food arrived at a reasonable time but was garbage. Orderedtwo grinders for me and my boyfriend. We both felt ill after eating it. Will not be ordering from here again.
