So, first they serve too much food! I could survive on that food for a whole day! Second, they have bad desserts. And 3rd they only serve Italian food! What about the rest of the people? Indians, Germans, Puerto Ricans, etc.? And 4th they make you wait too long for your food! And 5th they forgot to give the chocolates after the meal! Again!

Disclaimer: My review is purely based on location comparisons. I declined being served or eating at this particular establishment.
I do appreciate the extreme openness this particular location has, but it was definitely different than other locations I have visited.
Usually walking into Olive Garden, the restaurant has low lighting and private corners for families, couples or even an individual to seat and eat.
However, this location was definitely the opposite. Instead of smooth music, it sounded liked up beat pop or some sort of music I would hear in a children’s movie. Instead of dim lighting and nestle corners, the layout was very open and bright.
Again, I am not saying these qualities are bad, but I find it hard for me or even a couple to find this appealing. It was definitely loud with kids and music, instead of soothing and calm. I would definitely say this location is more of a young family style. However, that vibe deterred me away.
I can not stress enough that this is not a botch to the location.. again, I refused service and told the waiter this was just not for me. I really enjoy going to Olive Garden and don’t plan on stopping, but I am looking for something a bit more inline with what I am use to.

The Olive Garden was amazing... I had a group of 11 people, and the food came quick, the Mac N Cheese was just enough creamy to make me eat it all. The apple dessert was superve!!!

Always enjoy going to olive garden great meals endless salad and soups freadly staff great prices. Never had a bad experience. 👍👍

Can Make much better marinara sauce at home. Can I apply for a chef job there? Their marinara no flavor and soupy. I would be glad to show them how to make a good marinara sauce.
