So SO impressed with Glastonbury Panera. We ordered delivery and the text alerts and ability to live GPS track the delivery car was so awesome. The food came ten minutes earlier than the order confirmation said and was piping hot and everything that we ordered came correctly. The delivery man was friendly and courteous. Awesome job!!

Found a hair in my soup two bites in...unfriendly employee throwing food up on the counter. Super disappointing. I've never had a problem here...

It is good for the health freaks. I'm not sure I've gotten to that standard of healthy eating but it was good. Ps if you order the hot chocolate tell then not to put sugar. I've never had a cup with so much sugar in my entire life.

I clearly got an employee who didn't feel like being at work, and a manager who didn't know how to handle it.
First I got chicken on my Greek salad (vegetarian), then I got no feta, then no olives, then no bread. Like, are you for real? All the while standing there listening to the girl who was SUPPOSED to be making my salad complaining to her coworkers about how she wanted to go home.
I brought the mistakes up to the manager and just got a kind of deer-in-headlights "I'm sorry I don't know how that happened."
Also, my soup was splashed all over the salad tray, dishes, etc. Very careless and kind of gross.
