Worst restaurant experience ever. Me and my boyfriend ordered pho, mine was chicken noodle and his was a special pho they had on the menu. First of all, you can tell that the noodles were frozen, they were stuck together. Second, my broth was extra salty. Like they put a salt cube in my broth and called it a day. Third, my boyfriend had tendon in his soup and it literally looked like pieces of fat. When we were confronted about how our meal was we told them everything I have said in this review including that our broth tasted like cardboard and all we asked the manager was to reduce our bill. They told us that they couldn’t because their boss said that wasn’t allowed which is unacceptable. They did not communicate with us at all and they used slang language towards us instead of proper language. For example, the manager said to my boyfriend “thanks man or bro”. Also another thing was my boyfriend ordered tea and it tasted like he was eating tea leaves, meaning the tea was very strong. We ended up paying $37 for one bowl of pho, another barely touched and spring rolls which were chewy which is all highly ridiculous. So if you take the time to read this review DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL GET THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE :)

If your ever sick... This! Is the place to go. Good low salt pureness. The bean sprouts are full of antioxidants and the stock is loaded with protein having been cooked for 24 hours.

Delicious Homemade Pho' Soup and etrees. Very welcoming one of my favorite places of many. You have to try it for yourself. Enjoy tell them Domingo sent you.

The new location is beautiful. Much bigger, brand new everything. Staff is very nice and gave us a tour. And now they offer XL Pho bowls! Proud of how far they have come

We went to the new Pho 99 location in Manchester. Over priced for what it is. I ordered a noodle dish that is usually one of my favorites. Noodles were over cooked and mushy, the pork was ok, fried pork roll that came with it was terribly bland. We never got the appetizer we ordered. My boyfriend got his dish 15 before mine ever hit the table. The manager was incredibly rude. We're sticking with Pho Boston in West Hartford! Been going there since I was 10 and NEVER been disappointed! Doesn't have fresh paint like 99, but the service, food, and prices can't be beat!
