Atrocious service. Dirty silverware. Slippery floor where someone had spilled a drink who knows when. Good was good when we eventually got served after about an hour.

When you go to out to dinner at the cheesecake factory you expect excellent service and great food. The food was great but the service was lacking. The manager was nice enough to comp our deserts but even the cheesecake with strawberry's fell short too. 3 slices of pinkish white unripened strawberry's is not acceptable to me. The best food does not taste good when the service is very poor.
When you go to out to dinner at the cheesecake factory you expect excellent service and great food. The food was great but the service was lacking. The manager was nice enough to comp our deserts but even the cheesecake with strawberry's fell short too. 3 slices of pinkish white unripened strawberry's is not acceptable to me. The best food does not taste good when the service is very poor.

Was thinking to go this place but could not find the time... One of my friends came to CT and she was fond of cheesecake and here we are... We thought to go movie at 10:10 PM and we reached here by 8, but waiting time... it ruined our whole plan and we got the table by 930… 90 mins of waiting time... and above it, they don’t have their own/public parking... You can park across the road in pay parking ($0.75/30 mins)
But we spent our time at blue back square...There was lighting and it was so beautiful... see the pics
The ambience was beautiful... Well lighted and decorated... Yeah it was crowded but still...
We ordered buffalo bursts and chicken shrimp gumbo. Both were amazing taste…wish I could order more as description itself look so tasty... ;) They have a mini meal too for people who preferred low-calorie dishes. And red velvet cheesecake in the end... Superb delicious cake... Perfect dinner for us…The server was courteous too… Wish they could save our time by reducing waiting time

Cold night, put us on the outside with half the heaters out of propane. Dropped one of the orders on the table and ran off saying the other three were coming. Left no silverware so sat there looking at my plate getting cold. Was another 15 minutes before the rest arrived!! Expensive and only the cheese cake was pretty good. My second attempt at liking the factory. Not my first choice for sure.
