I visited the Victorian Day Spa with my cousin as a treat before her wedding. We did the "Relax Together" package for massages, facials and manicures and added on pedicures as well.
The whole experience was very enjoyable. The atmosphere of the place is clean and makes you feel like you are spoiling yourself a little. Candles, nice art, soft music, staff that offers you tea/water, etc. We were in separate rooms for our massages and facials, then got to sit together and chat while we got our manicures and pedicures.
The staff is very responsive and friendly. They were constantly checking in on things like how much pressure for the massage, what we wanted most out of the facials, how we wanted our nails shaped, etc. One of the women who did our nails was very patient and helpful while we were picking out our nail polish. Painting her own nails to show us the true color or doing a quick paint on our toes before the pedicure so we could see what it would look like.
We were both about to fall asleep during our pedicures as they rubbed our feet and legs as we were so relaxed at that point. I wish I knew the names of the women who helped us so I could call them out by name.
My only advice would be to skip the aromatherapy upcharge for the manicure/pedicure as its just a steamer type gadget that they put nearby. It helps cover the chemical smell of the acetone/polish/etc, but I didn't really think it was worth it.
Great experience all around, though. My cousin and I are already thinking about our next visit!

Came here for s spa day with a friend. I had a 90 minute massage in a room that was absolutely freezing. I asked my therapist to turn up the heat and was told there was only one temperature in the room and it couldn't be adjusted. She felt bad about it. It was impossible to relax and enjoy a massage in such a cold room. Afterwards, the young woman at the desk asked how everything was. When I told her how cold the room was and suggested that they get heaters for the room she said " oh we have them, it was totally my fault that it wasn't in your room, but thank you for the suggestion". Wow! Frozen and dismissed. I won't be back.
