Kristin and Katie have magic hands. We had a 90-minute couples massage followed by spa pedicures. What a relaxing afternoon! We will be back and will recommend them.

No matter what type of service you are looking for, Body and Sole well exceeds expectations! Spa is beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed with a visit to this local gem.

We had the BEST couples massage in all of our years this past weekend at Body & Sole Day Spa. Kristen & Kate worked magic on our muscles while at the same time relaxing us and making us laugh. I took my wife away for a weekend birthday getaway with no kids, no day-to-day stresses and no cooking. I found Body & Sole using a Google search and read some great reviews so I thought I'd also give the gift of massage. We turned it into a couples massage on a rainy Saturday afternoon...what a great idea. My wife and I agreed that literally Kristen & Kate are the best massage therapists we've ever visited. Hands down the best. The Spa is located in a nice neighborhood in West Hartford. It's in a well kept house and we found ample street parking. The interior is gorgeous and Michelle welcomed us in. The massage room at the end of the hall was perfect, not too hot or cold. Katie and Kristen introduced themselves in the waiting area and brought us to the room. They asked what ailed us and then they made us both feel at home. I know that some people just enjoy solitude while getting a massage, and Kristen & Katie would have respected that if we wanted it. But we started the conversation with them and we all had a great time; a lot of great conversation and laughs while still getting an incredible therapeutic massage. Don't think twice about Body & Sole, go there, ask for Katie or Kristen and you will not regret it.
