I know gyms get a bad rap when it comes to customer service along with contracts. Jeff S (OM) went above and beyond to help me with my situation. He and his team truly care about the customers experience and go over the top for exceptional service. I will concur to suggest this fitness club to friends and family.
You all at this location rock! Keep up the great work.

Worst place ever.!!! Does not know the meaning Customer service. And from the looks of all these other reviews don’t need to say much. Your late with a bill they will call you non stop like their bail bondsman. Then they all give them selves their own titles. Jeff said he was top sales man now today he’s the manager. He the manager but doing customer service answering phone lines. If I don’t go to a gym why am I getting charged then one lady slow employee when I asked her if I’m not going why am I getting charged she said it’s like a phone HOW is that the same? You don’t pay phone bill it’s gets cut off you don’t pay gym because you didn’t go you still get charged? Yeah fire her now because damn that’s ridiculous. Never will I go back to this gym to much harassment!!!

The gym is nice and the facilities are decent. But the manager arrogant and the staff are just cold. My most favorite instructors all left due to rude attitude of the manger and the staff. Now I can't find any group class that I am interested in. I wrote a couple emails to the manager months ago to reflect such situation and I didn't get any reply yet. I complained to the staff sitting at the front desk and they are just careless of your feeling. I have cancelled my membership there and will transfer to another. Chain gyms have their management problems in root.

The fact it at least has a pool is all I need. My issue is management and some of the staff. Today I got a call about giving me a fitness assessment, and the guy on the phone seemed to take offense to the fact I said "no". He proceeded to give me extended sass and sarcasm, which was uncalled for, but oh well, hope they took me off their call list. This is the third time they called, and the third time I said no to their fitness assessment offer, I hope third times the charm. Usually I'd give the benefit of the doubt, but this is not an isolated incident, same thing happened to a friend of mine.

Nice gym. Updated but still falls behind on maintenance issues. Sauna seating breakdowns take much to long to repair. Cleanliness of bathroom changes with each manager that takes over. Management seems to rotate and the priorities change. Cleanliness should be a top priority of any gym. Spin classes are great, Zumba classes very good, actually exceptional if you have instructor Kenny.
