Paid $300 plus dollars and now no one is picking up the phone. It's been 4 weeks called 23 times left 11 voicemails and nothing. Horrible!

I have to say that on the pros side, this salon is very nicely decorated and does seem clean. On the cons side, I had booked a Groupon for an hour facial. When I tried to book the appointment, my phone calls and emails were not returned. I finally did get through but it was not a convenient process.
My largest complaint was that the facial was supposed to be for an hour. As another Yelper wrote, they were taken in late ( as was I ) and ended early. What was supposed to be a one hour service was thirty minutes. That is a big difference - I wouldnt have minded if they did a sampler facial or something like that but when they claim it is an hour facial, you shouldnt go in for your service twenty minutes late and leave ten minutes early. If I had paid full price for this (over $90) I would have been pretty upset.
Overall, I liked the location and the setting but I would not return here.
