I went on my lunch and there was no one else there and I waited for my food for thirty minutes or more and when i got my meal it was cold. I waited just to eat cold food. This is not the first time I had to wait, gave them a second chance and they blew it.

I am only rating it a 2 simply because the food is good. However, the service was absolutely horrible! I was the 2nd car in line in the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes before parking and going inside to see if something was wrong since I was wasting my entire lunch break sitting in line. I was met by the rudest male. After I told them I had been in line outside, but due to the length of my wait, had came inside to check on my order he acted as if he was angry. The young female at the counter appeared clueless as to what she was suppose to be doing and didn't know how to allow me to just pay and leave. She had to have assistance ringing up a wing plate. The male in the back also became very rude when he realized I was trying to check on my order as well and started laughing with the female in the back. I was quickly told they were more concerned about their inside customers, and they were short staffed! If you have no concern about drive-thru customers, close the window and take away the ability to use it.
Don't waste your lunch break there! I will never do so again! I could have had a steak dinner in the length of time it took to get a tender plate! Willy T's use to be a great place but their customer service is terrible!

Our food came out within 5 minutes and you could definitely tell it was fresh. Super yummy and great experience!
