This office doesn't even need a star. Unable to answer the phone or send records. I work in a busy doctors office and still manage to do both of those things.

I have repeatedly tried to get records from this Dr.. Her staff has only thrown the P.O.A I drove 600 miles to give them, upon a shelf and never got her to call me. I have tried 15 or more time to call me and she has not returned my calls. Her office is so cluttered. And her Staff so unprofessional. I just tried again to call her and the receptionist said what's your name, when I told her she just said call back tomorrow. I tried again to call her and then they would not answer the phone.
