The receptionist was more professional than the nurse practitioner. She was so rude. This place is awful. Clean but awful service. Will never go back!

Terrible! We showed up late with worries that my son had strep. It was obvious that the staff was ready to go because it took forever and we were the only people there. The person we saw was not yet a doctor and was as nervous as he could be which did not make me very confident. On top of that, we paid our bill upon receipt and the check was cashed. However, we have been sent to collections over a bill that has been paid. Hands down the worst clinic in town.

I usually take my daughter at the spare of the moment during after hours when The Children's Clinic is closed and they've always provided quality care for my child, got her to feeling good better and gave a courtesy call to check on her after a few days. Not sure what happened with everyone else's experience. And did I mention that they're extremely fast....in and out! Love it!

Absolutely horrible experience!!! Walked in at 8:30pm with what I'd later find out to have flu type A and covered in hives with a high fever. The receptionist and tech at the front were not welcoming at all and in fact when I asked why I was being looked at that way, the tech said "you don't look that sick to me!" This was after I told them I didn't know if I needed to be there or at the ER. I was THAT SICK! I couldn't breathe well and was very weak and was visibly sick. The receptionist closed the window and they proceeded to whisper to each other. After sitting and waiting for 15 minutes, the tech opened the glass and said she was not able to verify my Blue Cross insurance which is 100% good and verifiable. I snatched my card and license and left. This place is deplorable and should be ashamed. They'd better be glad I didn't drop dead in front of them or they'd have much bigger problems than a bad google review. I should have read the reviews prior to wasting my time there.

I've used them before, and normally it's fine. But today the nurse was extremely rude to me. I would have rated lower, but the NP saved my review by being very polite and respectful.
