I sat at the bar to eat... and the bartender/server... was very rude! It was like he couldn't stand to be there working!!! I will not go back...and it took forever to get my food... and it was cold when I got it!!!!

This Applebee's was beyond disappointing. The bathrooms were filthy: no paper towel, soap. Took 10 minutes to get drinks, appetizers came out after food. The cheeseburger came out with no cheese! Oh and server dumped marinara sauce all over my new shirt. The manager didn't seem to care much about the situation. Disappointed to say the least.

Very, very disappointed! I came in with a group of 7. I ordered the same thing that I order from every Applebees that I visit (Chicken, spinach & Artichoke Cavatappi) I had noticed that the chicken had a different texture and thought that it tasted funny but just thought it was over cooked and under seasoned! (I don't really like to complain so I just ate my food and enjoyed my friends). I only ate a small portion of my food and asked for a to go box. I got home and heat d my food that night to eat and when I bit into the "Chicken" without noodles I then realized that it was PORK and not chicken. I guess that I will have to find another restaurant. 😢

Josh was an excellent server. The food was good. My order was incorrect but it was because he was training someone.

I am severely disappointed. I've been coming to this location for years and really never had a bad experience until tonight. The bartender was extremely RUDE in all ways possible. I asked if they still served X as an appetizer. He simply said "yeah it IS an appetizer'. I guess it's someone's prom tonight, therefore the entire bar area and surrounding booths were loud. Understandable, but no reason for him to have an attitude when I was asking simple questions about ordering an appetizer. His other guests were extremely loud and drunk, which I can understand would have him a little peeved. Nonetheless, I was not happy with my service this time. Planned to order a full meal with my fiance, but instead we ordered a drink and appetizer, and left.
