The inside has slow service and not the greatest facilities. Definitely recommend the drive through, unless you really need to get out of the car.

I love their burgers and their chicken sandwiches. However, the light inside is extremely bright and hurts my eyes.

The man at the drive thru window was so very nice, my friend went next door to a gas station and i walked over to Krystal's. The lobby was closed (oh it's like 5am). I walked around to the drive thru. He had no problem taking my order... I was happy and had a sack full of cheese Krystal's.

7/30/17 328am. Driving through and stopped to order but was told computers are down and they aren't taking any food orders. Seems like they should be able to take cash orders in order to provide customers with great service but they refused to cook any food or take any orders. Disappointing
