I have been eating at the Mexican Kitchen for forty years, it was great then and it is GREAT now. It is a place where the service and menu is basically the same. They have expanded the menu greatly, but the basics are still there.

It is incredible to me how long this place has been in existence. They food used to be delicious and the service terrible but it seems that now the food is much less quality and the service equally terrible. If not for the service alone, I do not recommend eating at this place anymore. Its hay day has come and gone. It is not the place that it used to be. The owners and the owners family unabashedly are the ones who provide such terrible service. It pains me to say these things because despite the famously bad service, I always loved eating at this restaurant and would hold out just to eat their food. I can no longer say that anymore. Very sad.
