Haven't seen the doc yet. But I'm already concerned. Tried to call and make an appointment at 1:45pm on a Friday. Which I get end of the week an all but no one would answer at all. So I drove down there, maybe the office is swamped. Nope two people behind the desk talking away like it's a podcast or radio show. Now from first glance I think two doctors....so two receptionist. Both phones are ringing and neither one of the receptionist cared to answer the phone. Heres where I get irritated there is no one inside the doctors office not one person. But both phones are ringing off the hook...hmmmmm very curious. I'll update after I see the doctor.

She's been my doctor for a few years now, because I have moved she will no longer be my doctor and it makes me very upset. She was always patient with me and was very sweet. She helped me after my hospital visit for severe pneumonia and now with my bronchitis. The staff always got me in quickly, I received my nebulizer along with other prescriptions quickly. I will definitely miss this place. It's also a large nice waiting area especially after renovations.

It's a shame I had to wait a week to get a response, after letting their office know I had pneumonia and needed to be seen. Dr still wasn't able to see me until weeks out and they never show concern or try to work with you to resolve the health issues you may be experiencing. Might .need to seek a new Dr. And waits are always long once you are in the office, Dr. Gives me five minutes, that's all I'm worth??

Dr. El-Henawi is a wonderful and caring doctor with a great bed side manor.She always listens to the concerns of myself and my husband. Appointment waits are short and the staff are actually concerned about your well being. I have been a patient there for 3 years and always are treated with dignity and respect by her and her staff.
