If I could give them no stars I would! First this is not my first time trying this urgent care and I should have learned from the previous visit. My mother took in our nephew who is staying in our home through foster care so if anyone knows the process there is a form for every visit to the PCP, urgent care, hospital, eye examination etc.... that the physician must fill out for the visit. All they saw was the paper work and said they felt he needed more help than they could provide and it would be best to see his PCP. All he was in there for was an ear exam because it's been hurting him but no one ever bothered to ask why he was there. They looked at the paper work and refused to see him (in their words didn't refuse him they just said to see his PCP and they wouldn't be to) not sure how that's any different? I called them to find out what the problem was and they then said oh we didn't know it was just an ear ache yes we can see him. Had they bothered to ask in the first place we would have wasted so much time and had to have taken him to another urgent care (Apple Urgent Care) who never thought twice about seeing him thankfully they are actually people who care and knowledgeable enough to ask the simple important questions like why is the patient here today). I guess Linda the PA just doesn't know how to ask questions, look in an ear or fill out simple paper work for a visit. Please think before you visit this urgent care so you too don't waste your time!!

I'm pregnant and went in for a bladder infection. The physicians assistant told me to go to the hospital because she couldnt find the babies heartbeat with a stethescope. I said my baby is moving a lot right now so i know he is fine. No treatment for the bladder infection at all. Now I have to a different urgent care for treatment. Big waste of time to go here

I've been to this place several times, Linda and the rest of the staff have always been very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone !.

My wife just had a Visit. Just because she take pain medication does not mean she is a drug addiction. She came in with blood shoot eyes and pus coming out of them. Her pcp gave her antibiotics a few days ago and her eyes have got worse. She also has a head cold. The PA rudely ignored all her questions and said maybe laryngitis. And walked away my wife said what's that and the PA kept going and just kept say yeah whatever yeah whatever. How unprofessional. We will never go here again.
