If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are slooooow and when I say slow, I mean that they made me wait over an hour and a half with a fever of 101.3 degrees before a nurse even came in and gave me motrin. To wait THAT long just so the nurse practitioner can see me for five minutes is ridiculous. Also, while I waited I could hear the staff outside the door laughing it up and just having a good time; talk about unprofessional. I'll consider a different urgent care next time I'm sick and in need of care.

If you have a choice DON'T GO HERE run away don't get me wrong DR Hill was good but........

I went to this place twice, my daughter has been sick with a fever for almost a week and all they gave me was Tylenol and Ibuprofen and they said it was viral, I dont know if its viral you still get a fever, but my daughter has been getting worse. For sure I am not bringing her back to this place.

They tax they sent with my child's and my own prescription failed and they didn't follow up to ensure it was sent. Then, I called a week later asking them to resend it. The person on the phone informed me they would. Well now 2 weeks after my initial appointment my son and I failed to receive our prescriptions. I arrived when they opened. I've been sitting here for 40 minutes at the same urgent care. No prescriptions and I have to wait to be seen in the ordered I arrived even though I arrived 2 weeks ago and they haven't followed through with what they were suppose to do 2 weeks ago or even last week when I complained forci ng me to return in person

I have been seen at this Office at least 5 times. Every time it was the same, quick, the Dr. is very personable and caring. She never rushes you. Very Good treatment. The receptionist is so so but i go for the Dr.'s care.
I will always go here if they are open.
