If I could give a negative star, I would give 5 of them.
So rude, inept bunch of people. They made a bunch of errors on my insurance contract. One clearly stated my name as "Unknown, do not insure". When I pointed out the errors they tried putting the blame on me. Really? I didn't draw out the contract!
Asked to speak with their supervisor SEVERAL times, they were never there. Til this date I still have not received a call from either Brenda or Ernesto (so-called supervisors).
