Everytime I've gone to BK, they always mess up on my order. I always check my bags before leaving and always have to go inside to complain. This time, it was just toooooo much! I ordered 2 chicken sandwich jrs...what they did is 1. Overcook to the max the chicken patty. I say chicken patty because it looks like they got a patty from the original chicken sandwich and split it in half in between the 2 sandwiches. I also ordered 2 of the original chicken sandwiches and those were overcooked. I got a crispy chicken sandwich...overcooked again! I mean, did I subliminally say 'Overcook my chicken patties'?! On top of that I ordered 10 pc chicken nuggets and they didn't even put them in my bags of order. I'm surprised my soda was slightly cold because their ice machine is broken so no ice is available. Not going back.

Can't say they have nice staff or that you feel welcome when you come in ... what I can say is it's clean . That's about it. The staff is in the back talking like its a lounge. And if you have a question in this case the manager and an employee made me feel so bad for even asking a question.

It's usually quite there in the mornings. Breakfast croissants for $4 it's a cheap meal.for OVER a month ice making has been broken!!! Fix it ALREADY!!!!! The croison-wich is OLD half the time
