I went through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece chicken box, plus a side of 12 piece chicken, and 2 potato tacos. I get home and see I only have 6 chicken in my box. I drive all the back and the lady tells me it does not come in a 12 pack in the box. However, the lady who took my order did not tell me that and still repeated my order as I said it. I also ask for extra hot sauce and came home with only 6 packets. That is not extra. I also was not given a receipt either. The lady just said sorry but if they trained their drive through staff better I would not have had to waste my gas going all the way back to talk to someone. I am furious because I had to waste gas because my order was incorrect and they did not even tell me in the first place that I could not do a 12 piece with the box.

Had a great visit today. The gentleman waiting behind the counter was super friendly and helpful, and made sure to get the special request right on my 4 year old's burrito. He took down a name instead of giving a number, and we used my son's name. Our food was ready before we finished getting our drinks, and the kitchen cook who brought our food up made a point to say hello to my son and calling him by name, which totally made his day. When I needed a condiment that wasn't kept in the dining room, the cashier volunteered to bring it out to our table since he had to go get it from the back. It has been a while since we visited because it wasn't the greatest visit last time and it was very slow, but today was about as good a visit as you can ask for from fast food.

As good as a Taco Bell really can be. A year back or so they had one of the worst managers I've ever dealt with, place was run horribly. One day he had a heart attack and they had to import management, then found others. It's now one of the best taco bells I've ever been to. Granted that isn't a very high bar but still.
They have a major rush that happens around 9:30-10:30 every night so if you want food be prepared for a line around that time. At 11:30 pm their sound system keeps saying they are closed even if they aren't.
If you need food and are OK with taco Bell it's a solid option, and they're generous enough with sauce and napkins without being overbearing.
One side thing for improvement: they almost always mess up my drink size(large/med instead of XL) and have to redo it. It's mildly annoying.
