Animal Medical Center-Boarding

This is about the boarding, not veterinary services. We had our two little dogs there together. We originally chose here because it was less expensive than other places they've stayed and we know one of the vets. They were kept in all cement and the facility is surrounded by rock so there is no grass outside time that the animals get. When we picked them up, I've honestly never seen them both so depressed. It was so sad. The whole place smells like urine and their paws were cut up from being on cement only surfaces. One of our dogs has also lost the ability to growl while playing. You can hear her trying, but nothing comes out. I feel so badly that we left them there and wouldn't do so again even if it were offered for free. It was miserable

Compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable. That is how I would describe Drs. Headly and Jones. These doctors care about their patients and not just about their bank account. They always take the time to explain everything in detail and answer my questions. I never feel rushed or like just another number. I feel like they are my dogs' family doctor.
Another thing that I really appreciate is that they aren't quick to jump on the most expensive treatment. They give you options and treat as needed.
I really love that they actually get down close to the floor to interact with my dogs and make them feel comfortable. That speaks volumes to me. They truly love their patients, there is no doubt!
The office staff can't be left out. What a polite and kind group all around.
I travel about 40 minutes and pass at least 5 or 6 other vets on the way to their office, and it's worth It! I won't take my girls anywhere else.

Very happy with this vet and they're gonna be my go to from here on out! I once brought one of my dogs in for a medical emergency and they were able to help him out no problem. He's since been recovered and happy. I made an appointment to get another dog looked at, they got him next day and any question I asked if they were unsure they went around to confirm with the staff before confirming with me. The vet, whose name I don't remember but he was a very nice bald man, listened to my questions and concerns and had good answers to back up on. Services were reasonably priced considering what we asked for. My dog can be a butt but they took care of him, and his teeth now look much better after his visit than when he went in.

It was my first time here. I took my dog in for his problem, they told me that they would go in the back a do a swab. Whatever. And then later they gave me 3 medications. And they don't tell you how much the fees are. They just bring you in the back. Do their thing then send you out to pay without letting you know how much everything is. I decided I didn't want one the of the medication. I told them and they made me feel kinda shity for not taking it.

Front desk is friendly as well as the vet assistant. Dr. Was very informative he showed and explained the situation. Got her into surgery same day. Everything went great! They called the next day to check on my dog and she wad recovering well. Highly recommend this place.
