I was so impressed with the young lady at the desk today that I had to report. I brought in 3 cats to be spayed and the check in room was full of people with their dogs and cats. She expertly handled all concerns, plus she took phone calls. She was knowlegable, polite, and had perfect poise. A job well done.

Hours always change and the last time I came here the lady was rude and didn't tell me they where just giving my dog a 1 year rabies shot and not a 3 year because they couldn't find it on file because the last one was with the riverside county clinic.

They've treated my puppy veey well. With her shots to handelong her to taking in my feelings about having someone else handle her. Even took her there to get fixed and everything healed fantastically. There is barely even a scar! Staff is very friendly. I love this place.
