Had been taking my service dog there for 5 years, since I moved to Hemet and always received moderately adequate service. In 2017 I took My peanut there for a n ear problem and the tech flushed his ear with to much water causing the problem to worsen. When I called to try and get help they refused to see peanut and referred me to a different Vet. Costing me hundreds of dollars for something they caused. I do not recommend this facility to anyone else that Care's for their little fur babies.

Love this place. Have been taking my pets here for 10 plus years . I appreciate how they will show you the estimate before doing anything to your pet. And can agree on a price. Several years ago I took my dog when he was a puppy for parvo. I couldn't afford much so we came to a compromise. The nurse showed me how to put a IV in my dog and to do it a couple time a day. And thanks to this place. My dog is 5 years old and healthy.

Saved my dogs life a year ago when she got parvovirus. The staff were all considerate and caring, and my pup was recovering at home within 3 days. She was only about 9 weeks old. She's 1 year and 3 months now.

Hands down the BEST vet I have ever taken my animals to. It is obvious upon entering the building all of the employees AND doctors are 100% dedicated to your animals well being and are animal lovers.

Had such an amazing experience at this veterinarians office, the staff were all very caring and professional. They allowed me to make a walk in appointment after my cat had an allergic reaction on his face causing him to lose hair on his cheeks. Dr. Joy was so gentle and kind to my cat, was able to quickly determine what was wrong and offered an affordable solution to his reaction. I will gladly recommend this office to friends and family. So glad to have found this office.
