Best tortillas made. Large homemade burritos. Call ahead, made fresh and can take awhile, but worth it.

I love Gaby's burrito. They have the best burritos in Hobbs by far. Everytime I get paid I go there. I would eat there everyday if I could and there hot sauce awesome!

The service was Great very polite, and friendly, and the food was fantastic. I had a cheese, egg, green chilie, and brisket burrito. You won't find a better place for burritos Top Notch 👍 👍

Burritos are ALWAYS really good. Sometimes you have to call quite a few times before someone will answer but it's worth it once you get the burritos. They are really big and filling.
