Like any other franchise location, this establishment offered quick service, familiar yet entertaining cooking showmanship and an overall pleasant experience. The seasoning on the food was less than generous. But not much was expected walking through the door. This franchise is for an uninformed tourist who doesn't know any better or needs some cheap entertainment looking for a distraction from their companion or group (if you came with more than one person).

Incredibly over priced, but that's what happens when you eat in a tourist location. Food is alright, I've never been disappointed but for the price it should be better. The waitresses I've had are usually pretty scarce, they tend to disappear. The cooks are usually amazing, definitely the highlight of the meal. I think the only reason my family continues to go here on special occasions is because my husband loves it so much. "Eh" is about as enthused as I can get when it comes to Benihanas.

Only place i have ever handed my amex card to server and now a week later i have fraud activity on my card. I'm sure its just a councidence, right? Left awful tip because service was horrible. Asian visitors received much more attention from our server. Go to Roys - its fantastic and short walk away. Or just flush your money - it will be a better experience.

The waitress was very friendly but rarely seen, and we went most of our meal without a drink (water or alcohol) despite asking every time we saw her. The Chef was also very friendly and entertaining, but the food was awful. The only way to swallow the steak would have been like a pill with a huge gulp of water (if we had any). Hibachi is my husband's favorite and we were thoroughly disappointed. Even with a reservation there was quite a wait. We'd recommend saving yourself the time and just putting your money in the garbage.

I give 5 stars for the chef (the young chef with two earrings). Amazing show. Very funny too. Like it.
