Awesome Service . the rooms are clean, the beds are sooo comfy. Easy access to grocery mart. Love it! I would book another week.

This was the worst experience EVER!! My husband and I are moving from Hawaii and this hotel was on the list for military PCs moves...staff was rude and not willing to help or solve any issues. I am 6months pregnant and had to pretty much act out of character to get proper help. Once they finally let me in the room it was super small and I could hear the neighbors tv/radio through the walls. My husband came from work to ask about the pricing and rates because he was given different info online and my husband came back furious and said we are leaving this crappy hotel. He said the guy was rude and didn’t want to explain why the hotel couldn’t provide info about the price change etc. overall if u are in the military DONT GO!! they will jack the price up once u check in. The money we spent for the day there is not worth it $100+ more like a $50 hotel. The room was extremely hot, parking is crappy , breakfast sucks, only thing I can say positive about the hotel was the view at night. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had an overall pleasant experience. The reason for four stars instead of 5 is the high resort/amenity fee and cost to park a car on the property. Parking is also very tight...this hotel has a tiny parking lot and underground parking garage that are both very difficult to maneuver in and out of. Ended up paying roughly $230 more in fees on top of the room cost. Other than that, the staff are very pleasant, rooms are cleanly, and the location is great! Located a few blocks from Waikiki Beach and one block from an ABC store in case you forget anything.

Great location. A few blocks away from Waikiki Beach, and a block or two from an ABC store, restaurants, etc. Continental breakfast buffet is very good. Staff is pleasant and helpful. They accommodated our request for a queen bed when booking with Expedia. Room was cleanly. Would happily stay again!

This is a great place for a person on a budget. Very comfortable beds and room, not the best decor but that does not matter to me. Excellent air conditioning, fridge and microwave in the room. Water in the lobby, free breakfast, free towel rental, three blocks from the beach. Free movie rentals! Close enough to walk or Lyft anywhere for very low cost. No tub but excellent water pressure. Would highly recommend.
