Wish there was an option for zero stars .... only insurance company I've ever heard of which basically made me pay three deductibles for my car being smashed when I was away from home .... then dragged it out so long I have no transportation. I've talked to everyone I could in claims department and they basically treated me like they could care less... WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I hope my review saves other people the problems I went through and the stress that came with this whole ordeal. Seriously do not use them. I have never written a bad review in my life and felt this was one time I have too. I have dealt with a lot of insurance companies and It got to point I would rather pay three times more than I should've then deal with talking to any of them again.

Horrible experience with this company. Cancel policy only after a few days no telephone calls or emails saying we are going cancel your policy. Instead, of reinstating the policy they want to give you a new quote. Geico insurance is definitely cheaper.

Stay away from this company, although they offer you the cheapest rates from the beginning, they will add additional cars without your permission to your account.

For instance, this household has separate car insurance premiums all through them (Bad roommates). Then they screw you over when the other person cant pay for their fair share so they will end up canceling your policy.

Not to mention their poor claims department, they will try to cheat and lie just to save a buck. I was really looking forward stimulating a local business in hawaii, but this is too much. Shame on Dtric.
