I see the other bad reviews and can confidently say my experience was very different. Sean at Pyramid was VERY responsive, easy to work with, pleasant, responsive, and most of all.... saved me thousands and helped me in a very difficult situation. I would happily endorse Pyramid Insurance. Sean Shim at least. Without Sean i wouldn't be able to provide for my family.

How after one year passed , the pyramid insurance charge me $250,00 because was quoted differente class of my business, after one yearrrr, this is not fair and honest!!!!
This is my last year with them, because i just paid

Apparently can't even manage a simple business insurance quote! Don't know how these people stay in business, I requested a quote over a MONTH AGO and the agent still hasn't got it to me. When I complained and requested it by tomorrow as I have given ALL the info to him TWICE NOW, I was told to go somewhere else. I have spent so much time trying to get a dang quote and the customer service is TERRIBLE. And to top it off, I was a referral from another client ready to buy ASAP. Absolutely ridiculous! The agent was Kreston Aoki. Don't even bother with the guy unless you like wasting your time.
