We saw the happy hour advertised downstairs on the screen. We saw chicken wings for $10 my partner loves chicken wings so we came back for happy hour. However chicken wings were not on the menu for the night despite the advertising. They asked the manager about it and they wouldnt honour their advertised price.
$14 instead of $10. I asked if they were prepared to risk a 1 star review over $4 and they couldnt care less.
So go for the view but dont believe their promotions.

My partner and I came for their advertised 10$ wings ( downstairs). They did not honour this when we went upstairs

We had the worst experience ever. The receptionist had us wait for over 2hrs. and still managed to sit every Asian person down that walked in but never got us n her excuse was that we had to wait. I have never seen a place that is so racist n not to mention the spicy drink they threw in front of us that made me cough to a point where we had to leave the place. I definitely will not recommended this place to anyone. These ignorant people don't deserve my business or anyone else's.

Here is something special bar especially for Asian people. The beautiful Loco lady receptionist managed to guide us to the seat where is located to scenic mountain side which is one step down to the main floor. Those area is all seated by all Asian mostly Japanese. There are quite a few sofa seat available on the main floor and I asked her to have seat there but she said that it is for 5 person even if we look at it was impossible to seat for five people. As for the scenery, we can not see sunset at all by shielding by Trump Tower. It became a memory in Honolulu last night for us.

Sky Waikiki has a scenic view of the Pacific Ocean. The patio boasts a relaxed lounge and fire pit. However, the service staff was simply mediocre. I ordered one of there "signature cocktails" and the bartender said they didn't make that cocktail anymore. Then I asked for a Budweiser and The bartender brought me a beer milkshake instead. Yuck! Unless you plan on ordering an "anything and tonic" don't frequent this spot, you're likely to confuse the service staff.
