This used to be a nice place to enjoy but the homeless and hoodlums have made it their hangout. Now the place is to avoided after 5 pm in the evening. Sad!

Great place to take long walks or just relax. Start at the end of Lagoon Drive loop through the park and head back. It's about a 3 mile walk that can go four if you stick to the sides of the field. Low traffic and great views too.

Not enough shaded areas. Other than thay, it's a very nice beach.

If I worked in the area and needed to hang out by the beach, this would be the spot.

But in every other case, I would go somewhere else!

It's a good overall park. Has restrooms, not the best of shape but usable. Most the homeless during the day are no bother, harmless. Gets hot unless you have your own shade. Most shade has people using it. Good uncrowded park.
