Kalihi has a number of "local" eateries and if you are looking to get an authentic local food experience at an affordable price, Meg's is it. Two plate lunches and a beverage for under $20. Daily menu plate lunches come in regular and mini and you can combine items to make a mixed plate (combo). Hamburger steak is a winnah as they make their own patties.
Open Mon-Sat 5:30 am to 8:30 pm, closed on Sundays.

Terrible customer service! The manager there don't know her name but she is very rude! She had the audacity to raise her voice to me over the phone when I called regarding my order. My family and I went there for lunch we had a big order, so I ordered three burgers not knowing that there are two sides to the menu! So to my understanding the burgers came with fries and a drink. When we got home we realized that we didn't get it. So I called and this "manager" tells me that I didn't order it correctly! Well your the manager shouldn't you ask if we wanted the combo?! So are going back and forth than she hangs up the phone on me! Wrong move! I call back and ask for a manager....that's when I find out she is the manager! So I tell her she has the worst customer service and that her attitude sucks! I work at customer service I would never raise my voice to my customer and tell them that they did something wrong! They are the reason you have your business! Wake up lady! And to top if off there plates are ridiculously small! One small piece of salmon?! And four small pieces of turkey?! Shame on you Megs Drive Inn! Your manager needs retraining!
