A good place to get your Pho in UH area. Inexpensive and it has funky 80s feeling. Feel like u can have a party there one night. Have some private room in 2nd floor. Maybe good for family get together.

They have one of the best tasting soup base for Pho here. The owners are great here and very friendly. There are other choices besides Pho, but we go there mainly for their Pho.
