terrible experience. Alfred ruined my hair. i said a trim and he butchered my long locks cut off more than 6 inches of hair:( after i saw my hair was in ruin, i had to excuse myself to the restroom, i came back and i paid but i regret paying now because it was a terrible cut and i should get my money back :(, and all that time i come to find out the girl who i thought was just the receptionist/cashier was actually a manager and she told me she'll have the manager call me, i kept calling wanting to speak with the manager and owner, who was unavailable 3 days later, finally i call and the owner finally acknowledges me, which was the same voice that answered all my other calls, i was sooo appalled. and she says i can get a discount next time i cut my hair...that was just absurd. I am so appalled by their terrible customer service. I will tell all my friends never to go their. and all of you google users that google this place, I kid you not, it was the worst experience of my life. i cried myself to sleep, i am still traumatized.

My partner and I each booked a lomi lomi massage. Mine was with Sachi and was AMAZING, but my partner had a different therapist and we don't think she was a regular massage therapist there. She rushed in a bit late and she was TERRIBLE; really rough and when she was asked to use less pressure she just said it 'was good for you' and continued her iron grip massage (which is not how lomi lomi is meant to be delivered). If you visit Elements be prepared to enter a dodgy part of town. Make sure you ask for Sachi as your massage therapist.

Holy. Crap. Did that just happen?? Whoa!
After almost 9 months of constant work absolutely no relaxation, I finally convinced myself to come in for a massage this weekend at Elements. With Sachi, as usual, of course. I think it was a combination of her being *on fire* and me being SO in need of it, but the massage was unreal. Un-REAL! It felt like an episode of "Sliders" in there. I swear I was zooming in and out of other dimensions. Haha, or at least falling asleep and waking back up... and I never do that. The girl knows how to isolate a muscle and work that little bugger into submission... TKO! Like MMA-style, grappling and stuff. No lie. If you are in need of some major relaxation or serious TLC, you need to go to Elements and ask for Sachi.

My boyfriend and I got couples massage for our anniversary and it was awesome! It was my first and Matt did a great job. My boyfriend used to get massages a lot and he said Terri gave him one of the best deep tissue massages he has had in a long time. The staff was very friendly, offered us drinks and a seat. We will be returning soon.

Huge fan...Great cuts and color. I have been romping around this god forsaken island for the last 18 months and have finally found somewhere that I can call home. I not only look for spectacular talent but for superior value and trendiness.
Aveda is a "tried and true" product and their stylist are WELL WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD. I want the salon to update their look but in the end I only really care about how I feel when I leave.
On a final note, trust your stylist and free your mind to the possibilities.
