Trump International Hotel Waikiki

As a retired travel agent the Trump International Hotel Waikiki would definitely be a hotel I would highly recommend. My husband is a Pilot and we have traveled extensively, and the attention that the staff gives each guest, is top notch. I was asked if they could do anything to make our stay better, all I need was extra tea. I was brought enough varieties for our whole stay. The room is well stocked. The amenities are of high standards.The great beach bag that is offered for the beach with water,towels and some fruit . As for the housekeeping staff they are ninjas. We leave our room is made up the turn down service is also a very nice touch. A very big kudos .

Service is excellent & adeptly professional mostly. However I did not like the 1 service woman grabbing my new necklace I was wearing around my neck one night;- many people do this to me & I detest it aside from personal security issue. Had I security with me the concierge/service may have been a threat. It also goes beyond simply accomodating as a patch to include special healthy diets; on all levels of the hotel. Rooms & condos provide a quiet & captivating tropical & ocean view on the Waikiki Beachwalk nook.

Very good hotel/timeshare. Pool is peaceful and lovely. Very quiet due to its location but still only a couple minutes walk from all of the action. Parking is valet only so be aware when you rent a car. Waikiki trolley stops right in front so very convenient.

Best hotel in Hawaii.
Staff are polite and helpful for customers.
Room is clean and comfortable.
Their pool is little bit small but you can relax and enjoy.

Great memories, friendly staff, mostly impeccable service!

I had a wedding reception here that I planned on my own. How hard can it be? In hindsight, I would have gone with the in-house coordinator to save a bunch of stress. Everything went smoothly though, from the initial meeting (communication on Trump's could have been much better though), to flowers, setup, and breakdown. The staff was detail oriented, friendly, and the execution turned out better than I expected.

As a prior event organizer, there were details left unknown until the end though. It certainly caused more stress, though the resident wedding planner could have mitigated most, if not all, of it. There were small hiccups but Trump readily stepped in to assist, even though I didn't hire their event planner. I would recommend the location to everyone (we had 76 guests) - it's centrally located to Waikiki for out of town visitors, the rooms are superb, and the service impeccable.

Service above and beyond - the bellhop who brought our boxes of stuff was really friendly, funny, and a hard worker. The setup crew for dinner did an excellent job and was ahead of schedule. The check-in desk people were fast, efficient, yet never rushed.

Definitely a memorable experience, thanks to all the staff for making the event special!
