They took my reservation. Then they cancelled the reservation, saying that they needed a minimum of 2 people. Then when I asked for a refund, they said they had no record of me. Yet, they sent emails to my address. Unbelievable. Take a taxi.

Picked up at airport on time. Driver friendly and had great information about Oahu. Traffic was bad during zip mobile breakdown but driver did excellent job and kept us entertained.

According to our voucher the pickup time from our hotel was 9:00AM. We were outside waiting at the designated location at 8:45. When nobody arrived by 9:10 I called the Ilima office and was told the driver was running late and they would be there by 9:15. At 9:25 we were still waiting and I called again. She told me the driver was less than five minutes away. When I expressed concern about getting to the airport in time for my noon flight, she told me there was no traffic heading to the airport and we would get there within 15 minutes of pickup.
At 9:35 there was still no Ilima vehicle to pick us up and another transport driver told us traffic to the airport was quite heavy. At that point we hailed a cab and I again called the Ilima office to ask about our vehicle. When the operator was unable to provide us with an ETA thirty five minutes after our scheduled pickup time, we cancelled and took the cab. I am still awaiting a refund and the cab was twice as much as the contracted and prepaid Ilima transportation.
Additionally, we used you and therefore Ilima upon our arrival at the Honolulu airport the day before and that experience was horrible. After being given incorrect directions to the pickup point by the operator , we were made to wait in an unshaded parking lot for 20 minutes and were not picked up. We noticed another parking lot across the road with an Ilima bus so we walked over there and that driver contacted our vehicle. After another 10 minutes that driver arrived and put us in a hot van with the radio blasting club music for over 15 minutes with no explanation We were then driven through back streets (still with horrible music blaring) for another thirty minutes. It was by far the most horrid transportation experience I have had and I travel extensively.

These jerks left my 86 year old mother standing on the side of the road, with 3 pieces of luggage. I totally mean they left her at the base of a drive way at the Castle Shore Waikiki December 13th, 2011. This was part of the Pleasant Holidays travel package.
This driveway was approximately 15 to 20 feet in length and almost 65 % slope. The driver told her that she would be ok just pull her luggage up the slope. And he left. Mind you he took everyone one else to their hotel lobby, but he left my mother on the street.
Do I need to tell you what would have happened if she had slipped and fell?
