I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if i didn't have to.
Initial visit October 26, daughter has a cavity. Stephanie was NOT at all gentle with my scared 3 year old. she forced her mouth open and screamed at her not to kick her feet. They did not give my daughter time to get comfortable in the exam room. I was not happy with this firstly I was told the only option we have is to extract the tooth. They scheduled an appointment for November 13 at 7:45. I was told not to be late and be sure to bring all medications they prescribed. We showed up there today, with all medications, November 13 at 7:43 exactly. The woman at the desk asked patients name and I told them, she repeated my daughters name with "Uh oh... oh no. No good" I asked if there was a problem and she told me that because I didn't call to let them know that My daughter did not have an infection, no flu symptoms and was healthy otherwise they had given our appointment away to the next patient.
A different secretary noticed that i was upset and whispered "I'm so sorry." I ignored her, and she came closer and let me know that the secretary doing intake was Stephanie's mother and that she was so sorry.
Needless to say I will NOT be letting this office deal with my daughter. I will be taking our business elsewhere.

I am of Latino decent, my mother doesn't speak English very well so I speak in our native tongue so she can understand. Upon our visit I was explaining what they were going to do and how much it would cost, I was promptly cut off by Mrs. Stephanie saying "we speak English here" when I tried to explain, she simply continued to say that we need to speak English in a very rude tone. I will not be going, nor will my mother or anyone hopefully.
