Would give zero stars if possible. ACTI is a school where you can be a criminal and get rewarded,break rules constantly and they don't care. It is likely that you will get sick from black mold poisoning. It's the perfect place if you don't care about yourself or your children, or, of course, if you or your child are a criminal and you want easy targets that you won't get sent to jail over if you get caught. It is under constant surveillance by cameras that are rarely to never checked if an incident occurs. On a serious note, It is not a place that I would recommend if you are looking for a proper education and fair treatment.

If can go to a community college instead, go to a community college because a community college would look better on a job application and have better education.
The students up here constantly complain about the drama up there. My advice for handling that would be keep to yourself and don't care about the drama. Remember the drama is not going to do you any good and is not going to get your anywhere just remember the reason you came and what you're there for and try not to let anyone get in your way.
