Independence Medical is NOT a part of, nor ever has been a part of O'Brian Healthcare. Independence Medical was incorporated in March of 2004 by a previous employee of O'Brian Healthcare. The same ex-employee continued to work for O'Brian Healthcare until July of 2004, even though he already established a competing business. O'Brian Healthcare chose not to prosecute Mark Braziel for pirating and theft. Payroll records will confirm his departure in July of 2004. The Arkansas Secretary of State's office will confirm the incorporation of Independence in March of 2004.
