Great food and amazing service! We sat on the patio and it was beautiful. Our server was very attentive too. Will be back next time we're in Hot Springs!

Good food, different food. Server was nice, but slow. They got slammed, it was her and one other server that was working the patio. Once she explained this to us after being seated for 20 minutes we understood.

These enchiladas are hands down the best I have ever had. I recommend this place if you happen to be in hot springs. Service is nice too and the place has some interesting history.

I've never understood food as art until today. In a single meal at Rolando's, I discovered that the true art lies in how the flavors, textures, spices, aroma, and temperature of the individual ingredients in a dish can be used to complement and contrast each other; it's what happens on the tongue, when those individual elements all come together to create a larger experience than any of the ingredients alone are capable of. I have never had such a satisfying meal.

Two words, deliciousness and consistency. These two words adequately describe my Rolando's experience. This review is based upon multiple visits. To be sure, for someone like myself to visit an establishment multiple times the place has to be pretty good. Atmosphere is very chill for lack of a better term. Service is very friendly. The food is DELICIOUS, it doesn't really matter what you've ordered. The prices are reasonable and well deserved. And finally, every single time I've visited Rolando's, more than 6 times, the atmosphere, service and food have been CONSISTENTLY good! That's a major plus in my book.
