They immediately offered condolences and prayers for my Luckey dog , whom I had put to sleep at 18 years old(126 human years).
They had seen Luckey a month before and helped me prepare for her passing.

Since moving to Hot Springs 12 years ago, we have taken our pets to 4 different veterinarian offices. There is a reason that Countryside is the one that we've been with for the last 8 of those years. The staff is friendly, professional, caring and most importantly, knowledgeable. They have done routine care for all of our dogs and cats as well as removing a tumor from my Shih Tzu and successfully treating a urinary blockage in one of my male cats. They explain everything they are going to do prior to treatment and give an always an accurate estimate of cost.

Can always get a quick appointment , prices are very reasonable and the staff is kind and caring. The veterinary care is first class!!!

I love this clinic/hospital. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely care about our fur babies. Our veterinarian is really sweet and understanding. Vet care is expensive , so when I explain to them that I need care provided within my budget, they try to be accommodating. I'm feel secure with them and won't leave.
