This is the worst clinic i have ever been too. I called them Tuesday night 5-28-13 to report that my dog had broke his dew claw and needed it removed asap. They said bring him in and i asked for a payment plan for the surgery and they said they would do it. They did not tell me how much it was. I dropped him off at 8a.m. on Wednesday morning. Came back at 4:30 to pick him up. I asked how much the cost was and if i could pay 50 today and 50 Friday because thats what i could do and they had already told me that i could do a payment plan. They rudely said that i could not do that and i had to pay in full or i could not get my dog back. Then they countered the offer and said i could pay 50 and receive my dog back and not his pain medication which was ridiculous. They DVM Kelly is very rude and so is her staff and i am never going back to this clinic again they are horrible with customer service and are not knowledgeable with anything if you ask questions you have to be put on hold and when your in the office you have to wait 30 min for an answer. They did not give me any information on the medication so i had to call another vet to figure out how to give the appropriate dosage to my dog. I am very outraged by this and on top of it all he has an infection now. I would highly not recommend this clinic to anyone that truly cares about there animals.

I have been a client of Kelly Vet Clinic (Edwards Vet Clinic) since 2010. I've done a lot of fostering with cats including taking in strays and other people's cats to get them fixed as well as being a pet parent.

I have never had a problem with any of the staff or any of the treatment the clinic has done for all these cats or for my personal pets. Everyone is always kind and makes sure I have all information I need for caring for my animals pre and post appointment/surgery. Their prices are also very fair.

They originally came recommended to me by Guardian Angels Cat Shelter workers and continue to be recommended to me by Paws and Claws Rescue workers.

Every time I am there, all the fellow clients seem to be in good moods and pleased with the service. I am yet to hear a negative review for the clinic from somebody in person.

I have been to other vets here in town. I am fervently against using the services of All Creatures Animal Hospital and Countryside Animal Hospital as I've had multiple experiences with them and only one visit has been pleasant (and it was only a checkup). However, I do (currently) also recommend Hot Springs Animal Hospital.

I will update if I have a bad experience with Edwards (Kelly) Vet Clinic. Hope this helps.

I took my 7-month-old female cat to Kelly for spaying about 14 months ago. No problems apparently. About three months after the surgery, the cat came into heat -- absolutely no doubt about it. I called and described the symptoms, asked for comment, and a solution. The "person" at the front counter showed an attitude immediately, basically calling me a liar and describing as "impossible" my statement of the events -- that the surgery was flawed or the cat had more than the usual number of ovaries, or whatever. They refused, even when I took the poor animal in a crate, to examine her without a fee up-front -- something I'd never experienced anywhere. The sneer when I made my request and the smirk when I left without breaking anything just sealed my opinion. They refused to take responsibility for their own work, whether good, bad, or indifferent. Money up front or no-go. The cat has come into heat six more times and each time is miserable for a week or so. She hasn't become pregnant. My advice is to avoid this veterinary business if you love your pet. I will be suing them in local court whenever I have satisfied my obligations to my aged mother who consumes most of my time.

Dr. Kelly is a great veterinarian! Her staff is wonderful, helpful & very caring. This clinic goes above and beyond to provide the best of care for all pets. Unfortunately most people have the tendency to write reviews when they are angry & feel wronged not as much so when they receive good service and are treated fairly. Remember that when reading all the negative comments.
