Went to hear live music tonight. Walked into the lounge about 9:30pm, was told that the band would not start playing until 10pm, went upstairs to the 2nd floor waiting to hear the band, eventually left at 10:45 and the band still hadn't started. Since it was my girlfriend and I first time here, we didn't feel welcomed at this establishment at all. The customer service sucks here. If you're not a regular here, you're totally ignored. What a waste of our time.

Why provide a phone number if your not gonna answer the phone. I've called this place ten time trying to get some info about this bar for a friends birthday but no one ever answers the phone and they have no website so seem like they really don't want the business

I went here on a Thursday night. It was PACKED!! There were 2 different buildings with an alley between them, which is where this place gets its name (I think).. there were several rooms with like 4 DJ's and live music! Just be prepared to sweat out of your whole outfit. It was HOT!! No A/C!! Only plug in for units that you can only feel if you are standing in front of them.
With this being said, I'll be going back tonight!

Drinks are watered down. My sister received a warer down long island. They give you off brand liquor hidden inside of other brand liquor bottles. I was given some cheap (rubbing alcohol tasting), light brown colored liquor and was advised it was Crown Apple. I know how Crown Apple taste and look, there was no traces of Apple in it. The drinks are too high and not worth it.
