Great place to have lunch. Their staff is very attentive but not intrusive. Foods great too.

I have been to this location over 3 times over the past four years. This location's service has decreased by 75%. I won't make this an idea of race as I know that is what is expected. This is an issue of poker. After Alexis, our server, tried her best to clean up after the misconstrued drinks, misappropriated food and the make waiters army as they backup, the only reason our table did not complain to the managers was because we were served. I have been in the role of waitstaff four times, waited on literally half the restaurant at a prejudice Lubys location. I have not seen service this bad for years. ....tertible and I used to love this location. We had reservations for 6

First...my Mexican cuisine critique is limited... However, I love Mexican and so many places taste nearly identical. This place sets itself apart from the typical. The black beans and rice was typical, but the quail was beautifully cooked. Taste-wise I give it a solid B. The shrimp briochette was phenomenal and I give it am A+. The steak was cooked medium rare and very flavorful and tender and juicy. The waiter was great and made sure my party of 10 was satisfied... Overall I would give this place 4.6 stars. So I rounded up to 5.. If you want to try Mexican that is different from your typical, o recommend Pappasitos

Excellent food, a reliable chain restaurant. Priced a little higher than other Mexican places, but always good. We got filet fajitas and they were great. So were the enchiladas. Queso tasted like Velveeta and was expensive. Taco Cabana's is better. However, we love this food and will eat here every time we're in Houston.

This place was GREAT!!! We were wanting a nice place to go eat at on our last night in Houston and we found it. The service was sweet and the food delicious. Probably one of the best stops we made in our 3 week stay here. Next time we are here we will definitely try them again. I have kidney disease and my appetite is very pickey but I was able to eat almost everything that was brought to our table and that is a big deal for us these days!!!
