son muy amables y te ayudan con tu renta de coche. El servicio es el mejor comparado a 3 oficinas en Houston. Si tienes alguna pregunta te dan una respuesta que ayuda a entender.
Esto lo digo de experiencia con 5 veces en los pasados 3 meses.

I would like to say out of 3 other locations i have rented this location is the best. The team has always been attentive and answers any questions you may have about the rental process. They keep the checkout and rental drop off process simple and quick. If there is an issue they do their best to find a solution. This review is based on about 5 rentals within the past 3 months. I hope this is helpful for someone making a rental. Gina has great customer service in case you have a question about your rental!

I strongly recommend this location. I have been coming to this one for 4 years and assure you that you won't find a more client-focused team than the people at this location. Gina and her folks are pleasant and helpful and do everything they can to get you in and out as quickly as possible. My experiences in the more than a dozen cars I have rented here have been nothing but fair pricing and better value and service than the price I actually paid.
